Hello all,
I was hoping someone could better explain the benefit of linking teams and 3cx for our current situation.
We currently use teams without any Microsoft voice/phone plans, and we recently signed up for 3CX for VOIP functionality.
Our IT is outsourced so I sent them the prerequisites for integrating the two, but they tell me I need to add on a phone plan at £7 per user per month, and a routing plan at £4 per user per month to make it work.
At £11 per use per month this will cost more than what we pay for 3CX!!!
I'm struggling to understand the benefit? Is it more aimed at enterprises to make a saving, rather than SME's like us to add on?
