Solved Amazon Fire HD 10 Incopatible with 3CX WebMeeting App? & Expirences with 3CX WebMeeting on Tablets.

Hi,

I want to enable a customer to use 3CX WebMeetings on his Amazon Fire HD 10 but the Google Play Store (installed manually) shows the app wouldn't be compatible with the customers device. Surprisingly the 3CX Communication App works just fine.

Does anybody have an idea what could cause the issue/fix the issue?

Otherwise: how do you guys use 3CX WebMeeting on tablets? What other tablets can you recommend for this purpose? Can you recommend a case for tablets used for WebMeetings? Maybe something handy and comfortable to hold up? What are your experiences and what do you sell to your customers?

Could you tell us what version of Android the Amazon Fire HD 10 Tablet is running?

It is not running Android, but Fire OS.
OS: Fire OS 7.3.1.7
Play Store-Version 23.6.13-21

You need access to the playstore and a core android device.
