Android App in call volume is almost inaudible

Lately the volume when in a call is slow low I can almost not hear the other person. Nothing I do makes a difference, all volumes are at max including while in a call.

What's the fix for this problem?

What device are you replicating this on?
Device brand, Model and Android version.
Also please let us know the 3cx version that you have installed [Hamburger Menu Settings in top left corner > About]

Do you experience the same audio issues with GSM calls or other third party calling apps?

Can you try switching the Audio subsystem API inside the 3CX app and let us know if this improves the situation?
Hamburger Menu Settings > Settings > Advanced > Audio subsystem API > Automatic
