Solved Android App no showing under Phones area within 3CX admin console

Previously when we configured any phone or desktop app it would show up in the 3CX admin console.

If a extension was configured on the 3CX Android app / iOS app that would show in the admin console.

The issue we currently have, a number of users have the 3CX extension configured either on the Android App or iOS app but none of them show in the 3CX admin console.

i have attached a picture of the phone area from within the 3CX admin console and highlighted the extensions in question who have the 3CX Android app configured but as advised it it not showing under phones.

Thats normal, the phones are only visible when the app is active.

Please not that the apps do not establish a long time connection.
If the app was closed or profile deactivated/unregistered, then it will not be present in this list. This list contains only listing of devices that are used currently connected and long active devices
Webclient and DesktopApp behave the same way.

I have just tested this and as you have said "If the app was closed or profile deactivated/unregistered, then it will not be present in this list".

I have replicated this and it show when the extension is in use and then disappears once i close the android app.
