Since upgrading to 18.0 (Build 461), the Android mobile app will not working anymore. It registers, however when you dial, it rings on the other side, when answered, the app stays at dialing or just connecting. This is on all of our Android phones. IOS phones have no problem dialing or recieving calls.
Telnet to server on ports 5090,5060 and 5061 are all functional.
As mentioned this started only after upgrade to the latest version and it is running on Debian 10.
