I am on the free hosted version of 3CX. I am trying to load the 3CX Android app on my Qin F22 phone running Android 11, which doesn't have a camera. So I am scanning the QR code with a QR reader, which allows me to download the config file. When I click on the config file, however, the 3CX app always kicks up an error "failed to provision from a content file". I can't get past this error and there is no manual configuration option. Please help?

You could set the app in verbose logging, send the email to your self and then check the log to see what is the issue in there.

Thank you, but I can't even get that far in the app. Upon loading, I just see the prompt to scan the QR code (see first image) - which I can't do because I don't have a camera. When I click on the link and open the config file, I see the error (see second image). I can't access the apps settings or do anything else.

Did some research for this device and it seems that does not support PUSH. This means that might not have full access to Google Services and not confirming that this device will work.

Maybe you could get in touch with the vendor support, and they could advise on how to access OS and file system there. Hopefully you will be able to register and then use KEEP ACTIVE option to receive your PUSH notifications from there.

@gingerc3x the QR Scanning library used is a Google library. Since device does not support PUSH, it does not support Play Services
