Android app rings at maximum volume

Hello all,
I have one Samsung J5 here that has version 18.0.7.42 of the Android app installed.
When this phone is contacted via the 3CX app it rings at ist maximum volume with no way to change this. Even the mute function does not work.
Uninstalling/reinstalling the app has not improved the situation.

What can I do about this issue?

In the german forum there are also some complaining about this problem. The mobiles are different android mobiles with different android versions. It looks like the actual 3CX app is the problem not the mobile.

I have same problem on Huawei P10 Pro (BLA-L29) Android 10, App release 18.0.7.42 , ring volume on smartphone has no effect on App ring volume, it's always loud nothing seems available to reduce the volume.

Yes, but different versions of android because of its age.

Nope , I don't see some change on this, when app is ringing too loud if I press low volume , ring stops and only vibration is running.
I found no where a volume decrease on smartphone for 3CX ring

My bad , smartphone ring level is working for both GSM and App, I thought it was separate settings.

So at low level, ring for 3CX is low volume too, sorry that 3cx App has not his own setting
