Hi,
It looks like the 3CX app doesn't support reading contacts from an Android for Work Profile. The contacts are stored in a segregated area but are accessible to apps installed on the "main" portion of the device via standard Android SDKs. Hoping someone can take a look into adding this. I can't add it as an idea unfortunately.
