We've provided a couple of Android mobile phones to a customer (no sim card so no 3G/4G - Wi-Fi only) but the customer is having some issues with calls being lost when they move around the building between bases. The Wi-Fi is a fully managed Ruckus solution so we would expect full roaming and connectivity across the site.

Are there any settings / tweaks required or recommended in the 3CX app to improve things ?

Hi PaulBC, thanks for your feedback.

Firstly can you clarify what you mean by 'between bases' ?
Bases being access points? On the same/different network?

Also Could you please provide me in PM the app's verbose logs?
  1. Enable Verbose Logs: “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Enable verbose logging”.
  2. Reproduce the issue and “Send log report”: Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Send Log Report
Thanks

Hi ThomB - thanks, yes, when moving between access points - on the same SSID and network, all one managed ruckus Wi-Fi insallation.

We'll run those logs next time we are on site but if there are any twearks / known adjustments then please do share !
