Hi
I'm new to this but things have been going OK, but having an issue with the Android app and Push service.
Device
Phone Model: One Plus 6, Android 9, OxygenOS 9.0.5
System
3CX 16.0.1.273, on an internal virtual PC running Windows 10
The phone app works great when making calls, and when receiving calls if I have the app open; but as soon as I open another app, or lock the phone the app doesn't wake for calls. I've checked the battery settings and it's set to stay on, I've checked the user account has Push enabled, and resent the email. I've removed the account from the app, cleared the app cache and all data, and uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it's always the same. The other thing I notice is when the app is running I get two extra instances of phones in the system:

I can't seem to delete them from anywhere, I don't have the option and there are no MAC addresses.
Any help gratefully recieved
Fergus
