All Android devices have stopped receiving PUSH notifications after the upgrade to version 16. We have tried creating new extensions and also uninstalling the android app and reinstalling them back. Then after all that reprovision still it is not working. Please help.

Hi, the problem has been sorted we noticed that whenever you tried accessing the google IPs on the back end it was trying to communicate with IPv6 and it would timeout but when we force the pings to pe in V4 it would work. So we had to disable v6 on the server and force it to communicate with v4 and it started working. Has anyone faces such a challenge?

I have two customers that aren't getting calls on Android clients any longer after the V16 update. Both on Debian and one of which is a Hyper-V. IPV6 is turned off also.

And not sure why but the dashboard on both installs show 2/2 trunks online but they only have one trunk on each of them. (disregard this part. Just saw the extra trunk is part of the netmeeting bridge or something of the sort. Still reading)

Hello @cahiatt

Are you using the 3CX firebase project or your own? You could try creating a new firebase project by following this guide: https://www.3cx.com/docs/
Then send a new welcome email to the 3CX clients or user the QR to re-provision them and see if that resolves your issue.

I got it working. Essentially had to delete the inbound call rule and recreate it.
One had a firebase account, the other used the default push account.

Both setups had the inbound rule forwarding direct to a specific extension during office hours. Something wasn't letting the call push to the Android client even when in focus. The client was showing in the phone list when in focus also. Recreating the inbound rule started pushing the calls again.
