Hi,

Following this blog post : https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...ur-device-integration-issues-explained.70733/

The last test presented in the video is an incoming VoIP call, while a GSM call is running (starting at 6:21 below) :

As per what @nb Nicky says in the video (yes, February 2020...), the incoming VoIP call should follow the busy forward rules.

I just tested this scenario on up-to-date Samsung and Pixel phones.
The incoming VoIP call triggers the full ringtone, as if there were no GSM call running...
Which is of course totally annoying...

On the contrary, when there'a an incoming GSM call, while a VoIP call is running, only a small notification beep is triggered.
Which is then perfect.

What is then the expected behaviour here ?
I think that we should expect a small notification beep in both situations.

Note that both Samsung and Pixel phones I tested seem to support Telecom API, which is also enabled in 3CX app.

Thank you !

Hi,

We will report and include it in the next update.

Thanks for reporting.

Ran some tests with 3CX team, they have made good progress on this topic, looks promising, good news !

Hi @ArneDery @benrg

We have released V20.0.0.14 Beta of the Android client today which should fix this issue:
https://www.3cx.com/blog/change-log/3cxphone-android-build-history/

You'd have to join the BETA program to get this update. Just launch the Play Store, search for 3CX, and while in the Apps information page (where you see Uninstall & Open) scroll down to where it reads "Join the Beta" and press "Join".

It may take a few minutes but once complete you will see the Update button available for you to install the latest Beta app.

At any time, you may leave the Beta program by following the same steps to where the app information page reads 'You're a beta tester' and tap on 'Leave'

Trying to install the update on my Oneplus 10 Pro and it keeps failing. Then remembered we installed a custom APK which makes the auto update not possible. @benrg first uninstall and then reinstall ;)

@benrg @ArneDery yes correct sorry about that. Any prototype given by us needs to be uninstalled to install any Beta or production build
