Unsupported any PnP provisioning document or guidance?

Hi 3cx pro,

I need setup Phone Provisioning for our ip phone, using PnP method.

For the Yealink ip phone, like model T58, the 3cx dash board can show its MAC address when this phone get online, like below (the 2nd UNPROVISIONED is mine); both phones are in same LAN subnet with 3cx server.

you guys have any detailed documents about PnP Provisioning method?
as that 3cx url said, the phone need send a multicast message, so I tried to mimic Yealink phone's behavior

1. I send a LLDP multicast message (which can be picked up by 3cx server, I proved it by tcpdump capture); those fields content just same as Yealink's, except MAC address
2. I also send a REGISTER SIP message to 3cx (User-Agent same as Yealink's)

it turns the 3cx dashboard still show UNPROVISIONED for my mock phone
please kindly points any error to me, Thanks so much.

What phone are you trying to PnP provision

3cx only supports PnP for supported 3cx phones , so you may have to manually setup the phone https://www.3cx.com/community/threa...-phone-how-can-i-make-it-work-with-3cx.84739/

a SIP phone not yet pass 3cx certification
I have just checked your link, which not suits for us

my question is, if my phone sent exactly the same packet as Yealink's model, why 3cx server can not take my Phone can be provisioned? not just show UNPROVISIONED.
I'm missing some points?

As @Saqqara mentioned above, PnP Provisioning is only available for 3CX Supported IP Phones, having the IP Phone send a multicast message is not enough as there are other internal components that come into play for PnP to work.
