Solved App not ringing on IOS or ANdroid

We have v20 of 3cx and suddenly none of our phone apps are ringing, also under the recent's tab is not showing any of the recent calls. we can make calls using our Phone apps just not recieve any as it does not
This is happening across devices and OS's ie Android and IOS

I found the issue in the dashboard i saw red on the services turns out the service below was stopped - no idea why restarted it and all started working
