Apps not receiving/making calls

Hey,

One of our users is unable to make and receive calls from apps (desktop and phone apps). Webclient is working fine. "Register failed, service unavailable." he's getting this while trying to make call from apps. So far he has tried re-provisioning/re-scanning the apps. All other users are fine and not facing this issue.

it is 3cx hosted but issue was resolved by rebooting the phone which is strange because even the desktop app wasn't making/receiving calls.
