Attach recording to hubspot

Hi,

I have integrated hubspot with 3cx and everything is working fine. Is there any way that I can attach recording to the log 3cx creates against the contact in hubspot?

Nope. Unless you use a custom script for that because the CRM API of 3CX doesn't do that.

It's not in 3CX. It would be separate from the CRM template and the PBX completely.

Perhaps the biggest challenge is matching the correct recording to a specific call. It can be done, but it's not straightforward. Initially, we thought you could match the call to the recording based on the sequence number embedded in the file name, but it turns out the sequence number of the call doesn't always match the sequence number of the recording Once you match the recording (too complicated to outline here) then you have to push the recording to HubSpot. This requires you know the HubSpot API, and write a service to do the upload because (as already mentioned) 3CX can't do it out of the box.
