automated call rejection for GSM calls

hay everyone, im new to this service. when i use 3cx in my HTC disire, and i get a call to my GSM number, it appear on the screen for a second, then reject that call :S, is this a bug, settings or this is how this app works :s

If you have a VoIP call going on and you receive a GSM call, the 3CXPhone automatically rejects the second call.
We currently do not allow / have a way to handle 2 simultaneous calls on Android Phones.
