background Logo in webmeeting keeps disappearing

Hi everyone. The background Logo keeps disappearing since we upgraded to v18. I need to keep refreshing it and reinstalling the photo. What do you think is going on . Thanks

Hi @xkxm,

You're uploading the logo in Settings >> Conferencing >> Company Logo for Video Conference Portal, how large is the file?

Does it reset after each WebMeeting?

yes it resets after every webmeeting. Could it be the size? It is a JPG. 49.2 KB
