Solved BLF LED on/off after status change (Available, Away, Do Not Disturb)

Hello,

i have configured three BLF buttons to change the status (Available, Away, Do Not Disturb). The change works fine, but the LED will not turn on. Is it possible (if yes, how) to turn the LED on or off if the status changed? If it is not possible with basic functions of the software is it possible with some programming (interface)?

I'm afraid this is not possible as the BLF keys on an IP Phone cannot monitor the extension's profile status. You could use the 3CX Webclient in conjunction with the IP Phone in order to allow the user to monitor theirs and other extension's active profile status. With some phones, it is possible to change the button color via a web API in the phone. But if the phone is remote, the web API would not be accessible.
