Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for Breeze Connect:
- Enter the main trunk number in the E164 number format (e.g. +61285203570).
- You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
- Enable SRTP support from the trunk settings "Options > Advanced > SRTP Mode".
