BT earpiece audio issue

I just purchased a Motorola BT earpiece and pared it with my Ally V2.1 android firmware, my Ally phone is running the 3cx Android software as an extension to the PBX, the issue I'm having is the BT earpiece does not work with the 3cx phone only with the Ally cell phone. has any one else had this issue and did you find a fix.
