BT Headset advice for a Snom D785 (use for V18 & V20 PBX)

Hi,
I'd like to buy a BT headset for a dental office, so it's a daily use and intensive (so i need quality and stability) .
Which Brand and model could you advice to use to get full features in between 3CX and headset?

Please let me know only about what you're sure it works perfectly.

I use a jabra perform 45 connected with bluetooth to my mobile 3cx app so i can transfer etc. when im on the move. Works great.
So i think when you connect it to the D785 it should work the same.
Its also IP54 and easy to clean
