as the post http://www.3cx.com/forums/3cx-kills-fm-radio-21820.html, I´m facing a similar issue on my mobile (Samsung Galaxy S GT-I9000B with Gingerbread 2.3.3) where after open the 3CX Client the audio/FM radio works only in a low quality. The only way to back a good quality is restart the phone.
