Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing great.

Our company has purchased the 3CX Enterprise license for us. I'm the developer at the company, and I'm here using my own account to explore how to initiate calls via the API.

Specifically, I want to establish a conference call between two phone numbers using the API. The reason and scenario behind this request is that, in our web application, I want to connect two users via a call without revealing their phone numbers to each other.

My plan is to initiate a call to the first person, then call the second one, and finally merge both calls into a conference.

How can I achieve this using the 3CX Call Control Web API?

I'd really appreciate any guidance or help. Thank you!

Hello,

Please note that you will need to use the Enterprise edition for any API tests.

Best,
KS.

You're absolutely right, and as I mentioned earlier, our company has purchased the Enterprise license for 3CX.

My issue is that I want to establish a conference call between two phone numbers.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find any documentation on how to achieve this using the Call Control API, and I really need help with it.

I already have the API key and I’m successfully retrieving the access token.
I’ve also managed to initiate standard phone calls via the API — but what I’m struggling with is creating a conference call.

I'd truly appreciate it if you could help or point me in the right direction.
Thank you in advance!
