Call Divert Notification or Message on DeskPhone

Hello



I'm searching for a solution where Phone A is redirected to Phone B, both of which already have their DIDs set up. Is it possible for us to set up 3CX such that when Phone B receives a diverted call, we may show a personalised message similar to the one that appears when the call originates from "Phone A"?

The PBX will show the friendly name assigned to a DID when a call is coming in to the PBX.

You will need to enable this in the company phonebook settings and make sure the DIDs have a friendly name assigned.
