Call Journaling and LEAD

Good afternoon, is it possible to have the Call Journaling written inside the LEADs instead of inside the contacts? With other CRMs, such as Bitrix24 this happens regularly while in Hubspot it doesn't, I noticed that within the Hubspot integration, in fact, the "Contact Lookup Order" does not contain the LEADS

Sorry, I mistranslated "TRATTATIVA" I meant DEAL instead of LEAD. Journaling occurs regularly in contacts but is not reported in the associated DEALs. I see other integrations (customer had VOXLOUD) report journaling in both contact and DEAL. How can I show the journaling also in the DEAL?

You just can't. There's no way for the CRM integration to report the call do a deal because it cannot know which deal to report in.

Thanks for the reply. Wouldn't it be possible to write the journaling event to all the DEALs associated with the contact? From what I've seen, other integrations from other PBXs do this

Yes, but not directly in the 3cx integration template, and again, it wouldn't make sense.

You can already edit a call activity and link it to whatever deal it's related to.

yes.

Can't get everything lol 3CX cannot add the call activity to each deals, so you either do it manually or create a proxy script that does it. Obviously, you need to know APIs for this.
