Solved Call notifications not working from Teams iOS client

Hi, we are testing Teams integration on v18 update 3 and can successfully make and receive 3CX calls via the Windows Teams app. When a call is made to the test users extension a notification pops up on the desktop client for the user to answer. However, on the users iOS device the call notification does not come through - when the test call is ended/hung up we immediately see a "missed call" notification. Same symptom if the Teams desktop app is closed on the PC - no notification on the iOS app. 3CX app works fine on this iPhone, but has been deleted to conduct this test. Any ideas?

Apologies, but we have sorted it - we deleted the iOS Teams app, reinstalled, and set up again and all is working as expected. Looks like the user had previously disabled notifications for that app

Sounds like a good reason for notifications not to work!
