If I want to call an extension, the signaling group still rings. I am using the 3CX SMB Version over SIP-Trunk.

Can you please clarify this issue? What is meant by signaling group when you say still rings?

If someone calls the main number 0, this call should ring for 3 employees. I solved this using a signaling group. If someone calls an extension, for example 23, then it should only ring for that person. But the call doesn't ring there. The call rings at the signaling group.

Check the forwarding rules set up for extension 23, it’s likely to have some sort of forwarding set up to call the ring group.

I have set the trunk main number to be forwarded to the signaling group. Does this automatically redirect the extensions as well?

Can you please clarify what you mean by signaling group? Do you mean a ring group or a call queue? Is Extension 23 a member of the Ring group or queue that your number is set to for?

Yes I mean ringgroup and the extension 23 is not a member of this group.

Please open a support ticket from your partner portal so that we can request specific details from you to check, as extension numbers in 3CX SMB are 5 digits, and we will need to check the particular configuration to see what is happening. We can't do this via the forum.

If the default route for that trunk is to go to the ring group, and someone is dialing a DID number, yet the call still rings the RG, then I would suspect that the incoming DID numbers do not exactly match the DID rules you have created. Confirm the numbers being sent, and/or make use of the * wildcard, as the DID rules leading digit.

Also, check the guide for Easy Bell: https://www.3cx.de/docs/sip-trunk/easybell/

Your numbers need to be in E164 format. From what I can see, they are in the 3cx system. You need to check with the provider's settings that these numbers are sent to 3cx in this format.

Yes, the numbers are stored in E164 format, without you cannot activate the extensions.
