Can not answer WhatsApp messages after 2 days

When a message is older than 2 days, we can no longer reply to the whatsapp message. Replying immediately does work.

Now that the meta allows business initiated chats, when do we expect a change from 3CX so we can message our clients using the whatsapp integrating.
