I have a StartUp free system, hosted by 3cx.
I needed to check the voicemail of one of my extensions.
I found a procedure on the forum that said to dial
the voicemail extension (99999), and then, instead of entering the
PIN, enter a '#'. The system would then prompt me for an extension, and then its PIN.
When I enter the '#', the system replies "invalid PIN "
Is this feature not allowed in a StartUp free instance?
Or, can someone help me with this?
Thanks,
Iowa Flyover
