Solved Can't generate token for WhatsApp integration - API error

I'm struggling to generate an access token for WhatsApp integration.

I try to tick the appropriate boxes and click generate token here:



I simply get the message:



I can't find anything about this error online. I tried to delete and recreate the system (3CX) user to try and fix it but there doesn't appear to be a way to delete a system user... and you're only allowed a maximum of 1 system user.

I'm the main (only) admin user on the developer account and I have 'full control' on the app.

You can try to delete all business accounts you don't use (Facebook)
