Can't provision Android 3CX App by QR code

Good day Team ,
I faced a provision issue when try to provision a Android OS 3CX app v18.1.3
when i try to scan a QR code from welcome message or from Management console i get a error like "Provision by QR code unsuccessful"
Trying from Local VoIP network or from WAN.
UPD INFO: we can pass provision when renew QR from management Console.
Provision from Management console QR or from Desktop App still not worked correctly ( only from Email welcome message we can pass this step )
