I found the same issue in this post which says its fixed - https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/privacy-policy-could-confuse-webmeeting-usage.68510/

But we have a customer that is still having the issue today, the 3CX system is up to date, the only way to accept is to zoom out in Chrome. They have tested this on several laptops and get the same issue, it seems to be the screen proportions being wide screen that cause the issue as even with some higher res laptop screens it does the same.

Dear all,

I confirm that it's still an issue, please allow to scroll also the main window !
This is a screenshot from a Windows 10 laptop in Chrome, resolution 1920x1080.

Problem is that by default Windows10 scale to 150% (at least on laptop), so accept button is unreachable for Joey Average... (even if zooming out in Chrome is working, it's too complicated for the basic user)...

Thanks !

[EDIT] Fresh Windows 10 installation latest Chrome version (no cache history at all)

Hi,

We also have the same issue, (mainly with laptops due to their resolutions).

We have an important conference to hold in just 10 days (not that it makes any difference but it includes politicians etc...) and we can't be calling them up telling them to resize their browsers!

Hi there,

This has been fixed. Apologies for the inconvenience.

We reduced the height of the privacy policy panel from 800px to 550px. It should be enough. We tested on 1366x768px monitor with webmeeting inside 3cx webclient. This resolution is the minimum required.

Force a cache refresh of the browser to be sure that it takes the new css and please confirm that the issue has been fixed.

Thank you

Hi Emmanuele, also ok now for 1920x1080 scaled at 150%.
NB. Refreshing cache is mandatory anyway...

Hope this will fit for all devices now.

Thanks!
~BEHD

We did slightly better.

We dynamically resize the panel at 80% of the screen if the size of the screen is not big enough.
So it should be ok now in all cases.

Perfect for us too - thank you
