Change voicemail number & email alerts

Is it possible to change or have changed (by 3CX) the voicemail access number with the 3CX SMB 20 plan? 99999 isn't very appropriate in the UK and has already resulted in users calling emergency services.
Secondly can we disable missed call email alerts (or have this changed for us)?

This is impossible; the Vmail special menu number cannot be changed.

In the UK, this is equivalent to having the voicemail number as 91111 in the US!

In the UK, the emergency number is 999, and in the US, it is 911 and not 99999 in the UK and 91111.

Regarding your question on the missed call notifications, this, too, cannot be disabled.

I do understand that - but having 99999 as the voicemail access number in the UK leads to users calling the emergency services by mistake - they only have to delay dialling the numbers to hit the interdigit timer...
