Changing the ringtone on snom D735

I've been trying to change the default ringtone on some snom D735s, and while I can set it under phone provisioning after reprovisinging the phone, it still rings with tone 1. Any suggestions?

Please note that under the Phone Provisioning tab of the extension you can only change the ringtone for the internal or queue calls. The external calls ringtone cannot be changed from the management console.

How can I set the default ringtone? it seems when I set it on the deskphone it ignore that setting.

The only way is to create a custom template for the phone which is not recommended by 3CX

Changing the ringtone seems like a fairly basic thing, is there some other way to go about it? I'm suprised there's no way to do this on a standard licence.
