We have the SMB version of 3cx, and we use the chat (or are attempting to) since we have a few remote users. When a chat message is sent, the recipient might get a notification, might not, but the icon on the bottom of 3CX (PWA) is not flashing telling the recipient they have a message. Most have the sound turned off, so they don't hear the ding. We have verified that the App notification is enabled in Windows, both checks are toggled on in the settings, I'm hoping there is something simple to have the icon on the task bar flash when a chat comes in and you haven't had the window open to "see it"
