I've been testing out the WhatsApp functionality and noticed you can route the chats to a call flow app.
Would it be possible to design a call flow app to send an initial message on whatsapp to say "Would you like Department 1 or 2" on receiving an option then route to department 1 call group or department 2 call group?
It would be awesome if you could.
