Hi,
The current CID rules have a 50-character limit, which is insufficient for large corporations such as call centers. It would be more beneficial to switch from a 50-character limit to a set of phonebooks that allows for an unlimited number of contacts. This change would enable us to categorize clients into VIP, Platinum, and Gold groups and then direct them to a specialized group of agents.
This necessitates a new set of phonebooks distinct from the existing company or personal directories.
Yes, I am aware that i can utilizing CFD and a database to accomplish it. From the client's perspective, this task is necessary and frequently utilized in call center operations. Why we have to do the CFD everytime. I am contemplating the potential benefits of redesigning this feature for immediate adoption by the majority of clients.
Please consider including this idea in the team's suggestion list to enhance the user-friendliness of the 3CX product..
