im new to 3CX. i have managed to get a cisco 8841 registered on the 3cx pbx. i am able to make and receive calls. But i cannot use the call forwarding button on the phone to enable call forwarding. also i cannot initiate a conference call on that same phone. i am able to call the 1st party and the 2nd party, but to merge the calls the phone displays cannot make conference. has anyone faces these issues before.
