I know these phones are old and have some buggy issues, but I have a client that just needs these to work for a bit longer before they can upgrade. The issue is that when receiving a call, you can hear the person that called the phone talking but they cannot hear you. On the display it just says "answering" and then after a few seconds it drops the call. Any ideas? Also, this phone worked on a self hosted version of 3CX just fine, but after migration to hosted they are having this issue.
