CLI Passthrough on BT HSIPT

Having a similar issue to the below thread:

I see this one had a guide within it which now points to 404 not found

Does anyone have any advice or could I have a link to this "guide" at all ?

Is this the trunking through BT's hosted voice platform? If so, we got this working under V18 after much heartache, but were told that V20 isn't supported from their side, or at least class 5 presentation isn't. Maybe there is a template edit that can be done but we just gave up and used another trunk provider as BT were no real help at all. Are you with Giacom by any chance? We did get this working - and it has been fine since the upgrade to v20. I'm not sure why the guide has moved, but it appears to be here now https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk/bt-uk/
