It looks like the script to be run automatically sets the policy and routing for the M365 active users. Is there a process to do this manually, in the situation where a Teams system is setup and currently using Microsoft Teams PSTN routing? In order to test and show Teams/3CX integration without having all of the users changed to use 3CX for call routing? And to allow the ability to switch it back if needed?
To essentially select specific active users and switch them to use 3CX/Teams integration for call routing and leave the others as is, using Teams PSTN calling?
I saw another post that seemed to address this, but the post was closed and I was just looking for clarification.

Yes, you can simply edit the map_users.ps1 script and remove the user IDs you don't want to use 3CX with. This way, the users removed will not be used with it.

I think if you set those users with a wrong formatted Office Phone, they won't be synced with Teams.

Is there a way to determine what is changed for the user/extension in Teams to set the user back to use Teams call routing if needed?

It's the calling policies. Look at one user that has been set to 3CX routing and check their policies, you'll see them all starting with the 3CX name. Any of those you need to change, any without the 3CX name isn't theirs.

By looking at both scripts you can see the name of the policies created and then how they are applied.
