Conference Company Logo resets to 3CX

I upload and successfully commit the Company logo for Webmeeting Portal and it reverts to 3CX logo after about 5 days. Even though my logo is referenced in both settings/parameters COMPANY_LOGO and settings/webmeeting Company Logo for Webmeeting Portal.

Advice?

That's pretty strange. Could you send me your license key or PBX FQDN in a private message (Not in this thread) to check a few things on our side?

Could you mention the last instance in which the logo changed? Today, Yesterday?

I don't remember exactly the last date it was changed, but it was likely the 25th of Jan.

Please notify me as soon as you can the next time you see this issue occur.

We only keep a small amount of logs for a very short period of time server side as per GDPR guidelines and so it's not possible to troubleshoot this at the moment as the related logs and entries have been automatically removed.
