Conference multiple incoming calls on Android

Is it possible on Android to conference together two incoming calls? It doesn't seem to work putting the first call on hold, answering the 2nd call, selecting conference, then I do not get an option to connect the on hold call, only select from contacts or dial a number).

Thanks for your feedback.
Your scenario is currently not possible. You would need to accept the 1st call, Decline the second call, then elevate your first call to a conference by:
- Tapping on the conference button
- Dialing the 2nd number
- Once the 2nd number accept the call, All three calls will be in a conference
