Hey everyone,
we are encountering an issue, where contacts from the company phonebook keep disappearing. As an example I created 10 contacts for the emergency departements of the connected hospital and they disappeared all at once. I recreated them, but they again disappeared within a few days. I can't figure out any regularity as the contacts seem to disappear between a few days and a few hours.
Additionally we implemented CRM via RESTAPI but the contacts cached in the CRM phonebook seem to allow no more than 150 entries.
Any ideas on how this happens? Please let me know, if you require more information to get to the bottom of this.
