Solved Continuous problem Reconnecting Media with v18

Hello,

from several days it is impossible to make video conferences because the system keep say "Reconnecting Media" to all partecipants of meeting.

Two people from italy and two from uzbekistan.

3cx version 18.

Can you check the Statistics section and let me know which host you're connecting to during the meeting?

We've just checked on our side and haven't found anything out of the ordinary.

Was this a once off or does this happen every time?
