Solved Could not find meeting record

Hi guys,

recently i have made a video conference through 3cx and turning on the "Meeting record" function but i have been waiting for quite a while and did not receive any email to download the meeting. Could someone please point me to the right direction?

Hi,

Only the meetings organizer will receive the recording URL if a meeting has been recorded. Hense no one else should be in possession of it. Please check your Junk or Spam folder if any restriction from noreply email.

Process:
Once the meeting starts, Just click record, when the meeting is over, click the button to end it. After that in a minute, you will receive a link to download your recording of the session. This cannot keep 3CX longer however, it will be programmatically removed after the 7 day period.

thank you for your help, i have been waiting for quite a while and checking every possible email for link to download but i could not find it anywhere. Is there anyway to request the link to download again?

Hi Long,

Please send me your:
- FQDN
- What date/time the meeting took place
- Which extension was the organizer
in a PM and I can check if there is anything we can do
