CRM integration functions properly, but the contact number is not found

I receive this message when running Test for Salesforce integration

Based on previous posts about similar issues I expected to see the number I'm looking for in the request text, but I see only the link to my SF in the request

Any idea what could be wrong ?

Number formats.

Make sure 3CX is set to Match Exactly and that your numbers in SF are entered as E164 without spaces, dashes or other.
