Developer account suspended

I created 4 apps on meta developer for Whatsapp using this manual for 4 different numbers

It worked fine for a year almost but now my developer account is suspended and the reason is:
"Disallowed use of apps
We determined that you create or maintain apps intended to circumvent our enforcement actions. This can include apps that bypass any restrictions or enforcement we've placed on your other apps or developer account due to a violation of our terms and policies."

No other app was created except for 4 Whatsapp, anyone else faced this issue? or any idea how to resolve this?

I think this is a meta problem. I had the same issues and i thought it was 3cx and i use another similar system to connect with meta. Also i got restricted.

I contacted meta multiple times even buy their whatsapp business verified and contacted support but no use of it as well.

Not yet, tried the apeal option but haven't gotten any reply from Meta.

Thanks for telling that buying whhatsapp business didn't work either, I was planning to buy it. As per my research we cannot use/create multiple apps on 1 developer account for same purpose. Since I am not getting any response from Meta so I am not sure what caused this suspension.

We had only one number connected and got also blocked now. Maybe they block all WhatsApp business connections to 3CX from now? Did anyone resolve the issue? Meta is not responding...

Same here. In your case, are the messages still being delivered? I have two numbers. One is working smoothly, while the other stopped working. I believe this integration isn't worthwhile for Meta; they are simply disabling it.

I'm having the same problem, and I don't understand why my account is suspended.
Meta isn't answering my questions.
