Directory Names Reversed

Hi

I'm having an unusual issue where the synced directory of extensions is showing last name First name and I'm unable to change the order even when changing the settings on the Snom to be first name, Last name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are other devices (non-Snom), experiencing the same issue?

No Only have Snom devices onsite no other makes as this was a new system replacing an old Panasonic pbx

You change how they are displayed by logging into the 3CX management console and going to Advanced >> contacts >> options
